Projects will be funded in order of votes received until funds run out, with any remaining amount over $1,000 offered as partial funding to the next eligible project, and smaller amounts carried forward to future grant rounds.

Feeding Soil, Feeding Syracuse ($4,000)
This project will support our mutual aid work by improving soil, helping 20 farmers, and sharing fresh, culturally important food with local pantries. The program offers food assistance, community food drives, culturally inclusive cooking classes, budgeting workshops, food navigation, and transportation support. Multilingual navigators and mentorship foster self-sufficiency, cultural connection, and community resilience—with long-term goals of developing a community garden and promoting peer learning.
