Welcome to the  Best Start Central Long Beach Participatory Budgeting digital ballot, courtesy of the Stanford Crowdsourced Democracy Team.

On this website, you can familiarize yourself with this year’s projects and the digital ballot. You can utilize this website to cast your ballot using the instructions and a voting code provided to you via email, or through your phone via an SMS confirmation.

When you cast your ballot, you will be deciding how you want to allocate $450,000 in community idenfitied project funds provided by First 5 LA. In order to vote, you will need to be a member of the Best Start Central Long Beach Partnership or have attended an event during the Participatory Budgeting process during the months of January and February 2020.
