1. West Belmont Library Handicapped Accessibility and Beautification ($55,000)

West Belmont Library should serve our entire community, but we need to make sure it’s accessible and welcoming and beautiful for all our neighbors.

2. Hermosa Mural and Church Parking ($95,000)

Word of Life Church of God serves our community every day, and diagonal parking would increase their capacity to serve. A mural in Hermosa would improve lives in an already vibrant community.

3. Locke School Security and Park Improvements ($40,000)

Improving park and school facilities with security, garbage cans, drinking fountains, and benches will help keep our community—especially our kids—safe and healthy.

4. Pedestrian Tunnel Improvements ($125,000)

The pedestrian tunnel at Rutherford-Sayre Park has been a dangerous eye sore for decades. By improving the tunnel, we can honor the legacy of Isaias Cejas while improving the community for everyone.

5. Community Public Way Improvements ($100,000)

Adding traffic circles at important intersections and garbage cans along main streets will increase safety and improve the quality of life for everyone in the 36th Ward.

6. Neighborhood Celebration Signs and Bike Racks ($50,000)

Signs welcoming visitors and residents alike add a sense of community. Being able to have a safe place to park bicycles will bring people into the community, all while showing off our great neighborhoods.

7. Prosser Community Garden ($55,000)

The community garden at Prosser Career Academy is quickly becoming a gem for everyone in the community. Now we need to water the plants!
