Welcome to the participatory budgeting (PB) ballot for Long Beach Council District 9, courtesy of the Stanford Crowdsourced Democracy Team.

On this website, you can familiarize yourself with the project proposals on the PB ballot. Note: this website is only informational, and you cannot cast your actual vote here!

When you cast your actual ballot, you will be deciding how to spend $250,000 of infrastructure funds to improve District 9. In order to vote, you can come to one of the voting sites listed below or vote online between May 7-14. You must be ages 14 and older and live in Long Beach Council District 9.

Saturday, May 7: Vote Launch & Project Expo   (10 AM - 2 PM)
Location: Houghton Park Community Center, 6301 Myrtle Avenue

Monday-Thursday, May 9-12: Main Voting Site   (12 PM - 7 PM)
Location: Council District 9 Field Office, 6509 Gundry Avenue

Friday, May 13: Movie in Ramona Park and Vote   (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM)
Location: Ramona Park, 3301 E. 65th Street

Saturday, May 14: Main Voting Site   (9 AM - 12 PM)
Location: Council District 9 Field Office, 6509 Gundry Avenue
