Installation of portable toilets and concrete traffic barriers to enhance the safety and living conditions of homeless encampments in underpasses at 45th and Market Streets, 55th Street and Shattuck Avenue, and 52nd and Dover Streets.

   

HOUSING RELATED SERVICES - 1

Programs that provide fair housing counseling, legal advice and outreach to homeowners at risk of predatory lending and foreclosure.

   

HOUSING RELATED SERVICES - 2

Programs that provide fair housing counseling and legal advice to tenants at risk of eviction and predatory rent increases.

   

HOUSING RELATED SERVICES - 3

Programs that provide financial counseling, information and referral for renters, homeowners and potential and new homebuyers.

   

Infrastructure

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS - 1

Improvements to heavily trafficked streets to ensure the safety of school students using those avenues of travel, including: school zone crosswalks; restriping to remove center turn lanes; widening of traffic and cycling lanes; traffic circles; and accessible public open space with priority for, but not limited to, the Longfellow Neighborhood and streets such as West, Market and West MacArthur.

   

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS - 2

Improvements to enhance street safety, including: sidewalks; crosswalk markings at intersections; additional lighting; designated bicycle lanes; and speed restrictions on truck traffic with priority for, but not limited to, the Santa Fe Neighborhood and Lowell Street between Stanford Avenue and 53rd Street
